Executive Director
Proactively guide the overall day-to-day operations of our assisted living residence. Provide direct oversight of all departmental managers, prepare and monitor budgets, conduct staff training and recruiting and maintain optimal workflow.
Requirements: BS/BA plus 1-2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent administrative or supervisory skills.
Resident Care Coordinator
Assumes primary responsibility for coordinating the Health Care services on a 24 hour/7 day week basis. Participates in service planning, as well as renewal and maintenance of these plans. Recommends Health Care Service goals and assists in their implementation. Works with the Executive Director to supervise, oversee and coordinate the work of personal service assistants to meet resident needs. Provides clinical services, as needed to residents and train personal services assistants.
Community Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Plan and implement sales programs for a group of assisted living residences within a geographic area, including community and professional outreach, staff training, sales calls, marketing events, completion of sales plans and monitoring and reporting occupancy.
Requirements: BA/BS. 2-3 years sales experience and excellent analytical and interpersonal skills. Senior living or long term care experience a plus.
Lead Cook
Plan, direct and coordinate dining services department activities, which includes preparing and providing food services for residents and employees. Includes menu planning, maintaining inventory and developing a cost control system.
Requirements: High school diploma plus 2-4 years experience in commercial kitchen operation and line cooking and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of special diets required.
Cook
Prepare, assemble and service resident meals. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and service areas.
Requirements: High school diploma plus one year related experience in food preparation and service and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of special diets required.
Nurse Consultant
Supervise and administer nursing care for assisted living residents, train and monitor clinical support staff, facilitate in-house ancillary services and monitor the physical, psychological and social needs of residents.
Requirements: RN (OR LPN) license and at least 2 years experience working with the elderly.
Activity and Life Enrichment Coordinator
Plan, coordinate, direct and market our resident activities programs to meet the needs and interests of all residents.
Requirements: High school diploma and 1-3 years experience working with the frail elderly and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Lead Personal Services Assistant
Plan, direct, and coordinate services of direct care staff, which includes personal care services, meals and medication assistance, activity programs and housekeeping duties. Train and assist direct care staff.
Requirements: High school diploma plus one year related experience and/or training in direct service to older adults, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Personal Services Assistant
Provide direct care to residents, including personal care services, mealtime and medication assistance and activity programs. Maintain resident records and perform general housekeeping duties.
Requirements: High school diploma plus 3-6 months related experience and/or training in direct service to older adults, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Maintenance Technician
Assures proper functioning of all mechanical equipment and systems including routine and preventative maintenance. Maintains clean and safe physical environment for residents and staff.
Requirements: High school diploma plus 2-3 years experience in janitorial/maintenance work and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Familiarity with techniques of minor repair and maintenance for structural, electrical, plumbing, security and heating and cooling systems required. Building safety/hazard reduction experience helpful.
