Biography of Warren and Mia Jerrems
Residing in Gulf Breeze, Florida, Mia and Warren Jerrems and have been married since 1983 and have two daughters in college. All four Jerrrems' are involved in improving the quality of life for our residents althought the girls are somewhat away from the day to day work while away at school. Together the family has extensive experience in operating assisted living residences.
As a founder of Alliance Senior Services, LLC, Mr. Jerrems was the driving factor in growing the company to five assisted living residences before selling four of those properties in December 2010. A Florida CPA since 1983, Mr. Jerrems has management experience in both public accounting and medium and large multi-state health care organizations. His broad industry knowledge of long-term care organizations and an in-depth understanding of all finance, accounting and information system functions were instrumental in establishing the superior information systems for Alliance.
Mia is a lively spark to all of our residents and employees as her laughter and smile is contagious. She has touched the lives of hundreds of residents and family members both in the Baldwin House and while working with the outh at her church for over 10 years. She is actively involved with most every activity at the Baldwin House from arts and crafts to gardening to planning outside events to coordinating volunteer programs and employee functions. However, she does not cook for the residents and for that they are very fortunate. In addition, she functions the backup person for all accounting functions.
