Biography of William G. Allen, Jr., President,

As a healthcare executive with over 30 years of experience in the senior living industry, Mr. Allen was the driving force behind the founding of the Alliance Senior Services, LLC in July of 2002. Having worked with some of the largest and most successful long-term care providers in the country, Mr. Allen is experienced in financial analysis and budget forecasting for multi-facility properties with demonstrated abilities in development and implementation of strategies in business improvement plans.

A graduate of the University of Alabama, Mr. Allen is a member of the American College of Health Care Administrators and a licensed nursing home administrator in 3 states.

Biography of Warren K. Jerrems, Chief Financial Officer, CPA

A Florida CPA since 1983, Mr. Jerrems has extensive management experience in both public accounting and medium and large multi-state health care organizations. His broad industry knowledge of long-term care organizations and an in-depth understanding of all finance, accounting and information system functions were instrumental in establishing the superior information systems for Alliance Senior Services, LLC.

As the co-founder of the Alliance, Mr. Jerrems has a solid understanding of the operational components of long-term care facilities and the ability to translate financial information into meaningful operational support.
